These Terms govern your use of Signal Desk, its website, extension, analysis tools, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Signal Desk provides software for chart review, trade organization, and user-directed workflow assistance. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or custodian of funds.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, device, browser, trading account, wallet, orders, taxes, and compliance with the laws that apply to you. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, market manipulation, or to submit secrets such as private keys.

Plans and billing

Plan limits and prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly plans are charged for the full annual term at checkout. Cancellation and any refunds are governed by the checkout terms presented at purchase and applicable law.

No warranties

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, accuracy of analysis, trading performance, or any financial result. Features and limits may change as the service develops.
